If you join our mailing list

We store your email address so we can tell you about shows, events, or things you’ve asked to hear about.

If you buy merch or pre‑order something

We collect your name, email, and delivery address so we can take payment and send you your order.

If you browse the site

We use anonymous, in‑house analytics to understand how the site is used.

This does not track you across the internet, set advertising cookies, or identify you personally.

Embedded media

Some event pages may include embedded players from third-party music services such as Spotify, TIDAL, or Bandcamp.

When those players load, those services may receive your IP address, browser/device information, and whatever they normally need to deliver the player. If you're signed in to one of those services, they may also be able to tell that you viewed or played the embed.

We only include those embeds when they're relevant to an event. If you'd rather avoid them, don't play them and avoid opening external media links.

Payments

All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

We never see or store your card details.

Where your data lives

Our website and services are hosted on our own infrastructure.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t hand it to advertisers.

Some services we use to make things work:

• Cloudflare (security and performance)
• Gigantic CDN / MinIO (images and media)
• Email services (to send things you’ve asked for)
• Spotify, TIDAL, and Bandcamp (only when an event page includes their embedded media)

Who can access your data

Only people who need it to run Where Else? — for example:

• fulfilling orders
• managing the mailing list
• keeping the site running

Our technical infrastructure is maintained by Dynasity Ltd, who act on our instructions only.

Your choices

You’re always in control.

• You can unsubscribe from emails at any time
• You can ask us what data we have about you
• You can ask us to delete it
