BOOKING GUIDELINES

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Please use our venue assets in your event artwork
Provide artwork in 4:5 aspect ratio for Instagram posts
Provide artwork in square format (1080x1080px) for our website
Reel covers must be cropped nicely for the Instagram grid
All artwork requires our approval before publishing

VENUE NAME & BRANDING

Always format as: WHERE ELSE? (not Whereelse)
Include proper spacing and question mark

ANNOUNCEMENT COORDINATION

We'll coordinate announcement timing to avoid clashes
Please don't shadow drop events - let's plan together!
Coordinated announcements have more impact

SOCIAL MEDIA

Invite our accounts to collaborate on announcement posts
Add us as co-hosts on Facebook events
Tag us in posts leading up to the event
We'll repost and support your promotion

TIMELINE

Submit advance info at least 2 weeks before your event
This helps us coordinate promotion and ensure smooth operations
